each child, their parents, and up to 4 additional pickup persons,
including full contact information, photos, schedules, enroll

that lets parents and staff sign themselves in/out. The timeclock
program also lets you leave messages for parents, leave general

Childcare Sage™ comes in Small Center (up to 30 active families or 50 active children,
and 20 staff), Medium Center (up to 60 active families or 100 active children, and 40
staff), and Large Center (unlimited children and staff) versions.
There are no differences in the versions except the number of
children and staff they support, ensuring that you will get a
professional program that has functionality and power to easily
handle 500 children, even if you only have 25 children. We offer

What do I need to run the Childcare Sage™ software program?
Sage™ only runs on Microsoft Windows based machines. It can
run on any pc, or a mac that has Microsoft Windows installed on
it. Any computer from the last five years can run our program.
Our software is compatible with all versions of Windows from Windows
XP to Windows 10. We provide all the software you need to run
our program. Minimally, you should have at least a Pentium IV
machine with at least Windows XP and 256MB of RAM.
What kind of support can I get?

relating to our software. We can also use GoToAssist or GoToMeeting
to remotely log into your computer to demonstrate functions or
diagnose problems. We give you complete access to our user forums
where you can find answers to most of your questions. We provide
