Sage Custom Functions and Reports
Childcare Sage is very complete and has many features and functions
to run your center. Over the years we have found that some centers
need unique and specific functions to help them get better organized
and save them a lot of time. We are the only company that offers
custom function development for our Childcare Sage. This can mean
a specific report that shows information in a certain way, functions
that let you remotely enter information, or a multi-part process
to help you run your center. Examples of some of the custom functions
we have created include:
A standalone child journal program that a center can copy onto
a USB stick drive and give to staff. The staff can then use any
computer to fill out journal entries for children including milestones,
progress reports, and evaluations. The center would then plug
the USB stick into the Childcare Sage computer, hit a button,
and all of the entries would be transferred to the appropriate
child's records in the Childcare Sage.
